Dear members of New York Language Exchange Group,
I would like to invite you to discover and cook together simple dishes from all around the world.
Today we will cook together Japanese dish Shoyu Ramen.
It is a simple recipe, so you can cook with us live and can give us feedback in real time :)
You would need following ingredientes for this recipe:

Any piece of chicken (with bone, wings, etc) or ready chicken stock Protected content
Spring onions - 2
Garlic Protected content
Ginger Protected content (peeled)
Water - 2.5 cups
Dried chukamen noodles/Chinese egg noodle
Soy sauce - Protected content
Salt, pepper and sugar

Boiled egg - 1
Sesame oil Protected content
Spring onions - 1/2
Canned corn
Bean sprout
Dried seaweed
