Join me on Saturday for a classical Indian Yoga practice, with the focus on alignment, strength and flexibility. This three in combination will catapult you to the next level in your practice.
But what if you are a beginner? Come without hesitation! In my class you will learn how to cooperate with your body and not push it into something it is not ready for.
Classes are in English and you can borrow yoga mat from the studio Protected content
The introduction class IS FREE OF CHARGE. If you decide to continue with the classes you would need to buy a membership card.
