Forest Bathing Walk
I am participating to a Forest Walk event and if you wish and are available, feel free to join me.
Guide says that: This introductory forest bathing program is based on the Japanese practice called “Shinrin-Yoku”. A simple way to slow down, relax, explore the moment through our senses in collaboration with our natural environment. On this gentle walk we explore the natural world with practices that re-connect us to all that is around us and invites us towards a journey within. We may only travel a few hundred meters in a relaxed pace, but this walk may take us beyond the stress and worries of our everyday life. We do not need to be in a wilderness forest to appreciate and enjoy the beauty and healing benefits of nature. The wonderful setting of Merian Gärten in Basel greatly supports our practice during this introduction.
