Well practice a 30 minutes based on compassion discursive meditation. Difficult concepts you need to study deep to understand. The book its in event is quite advanced , relating neuroscience with meditation and Buddhism. Quite Amazing and enlightent.
I recomend any video or book of buddisth monk Mathieu Ricard previous to session. And practice 1o to 20 minutes meditation everday. You ll got a great power.
