Hello again! Very excited to come back!
Hope you had a great end of summer. As the Autumn begins and the weather allows us, let’s continue practicing our Yoga class at the Park! ;)
As in our previous classes we will continue using a phrase/words during meditation, as technique to induce a state of consciousness change and help to experience that inner sense of strength. This will be a 75 mins Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class in English where we will be including short meditations, breathing exercises and asanas. As always, all levels welcome.

We’ll meet at 10:15 at Protected content
Please bring your own mat, water and some blanket for support. It might be a little windy, so a light sweater as well is recommendable.
