Let’s continue our Saturdays with the energizing practice of Power Yoga! YEAH! ;)
We will practice for about 90 mins yoga postures from different yoga styles. Why? We practice asanas that help us to build strength, working with breathing in every movement and move the prana through your whole body. The class will be held in English, include a short meditation and pranayama, ending with a relaxing svasana. A full mind/body experience. All levels are welcome to this practice ;)
COUNTERACT THE AGITATION AND TURBULENCE OF THE MIND BY SURRENDER TO THE PRESENT MOMENT, NOT BY RESIGNATING
We’ll meet at 10:45hrs at the studio, to start sharp at 11:00hrs. They offer mats but I recommend to bring yours.
New York Pilates Studio is very convenient located, L2 & L7, Canal station is the easiest way to get there.
