Yoga at the Park sessions!
Let's get together to practice our regular Saturday's yoga at the park! 🤸🏽♀️🧘♀️
As usual, we’ll continue practicing Strength Yoga to sculpt the body, bringing awareness to different parts and relaxing the “rain” of thoughts.
Is a 90 mins Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class in English that includes meditation, breathing exercises that ends with a relaxing svasana. A complete body-mind experience.
As always, all levels welcome.
