Yoga at the Park sessions!
Let's get together to practice our weekly yoga at the park! 🤸🏽♀️🧘♀️
As usual, we’ll continue with the energizing Strength Yoga practice.
A 90 mins Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class in English that includes meditation, breathing exercises that ends with a relaxing svasana. Your complete body-mind experience. As always, all levels welcome.

We’ll meet at 19:15 at entrance through Puerta de Alcala. The class starts sharp at 19:30hrs.
Please send me a whatsapp Protected content if you arrive late to send you the location (with time in advanced ;)) and also to confirm your assistance. I won’t be watching the mobile after 19:30hrs. Please keep this in mind, as respect for the people that arrive at 19:30 I can't answer calls after this hour.
Remember to bring your own mat, water and whatever you think you'll need for support ;)
