MINDFULLNESS Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Intro + pratique

Its possible to train your minf to be more focus, reduce stress, anxiety and become more aware , more present, then happier ? Can you developp lovekindness, empathy, compasion ?
We will present and introduction to the "standard" program of MINDFULNESS (MBSR) by Jon Kavat Zin, MIT ( Universitie of Massachusets) and will go trought a practice, basic aptitudes and multiple benefits .
Companies like Google , Apple, or Nike have it, and millions of meditator started been concious about their live. Learn why that is SO IMPORTANT that you think about starting meditating.
BAse on buddhis zent tradiction, Program is secular and directed to anyone beside his condiction. Is a TRAINING method, not a theraphy ,It requiere perseverance, practice and patience.
Please bring MAT , blanquet and ZAFU ( meditation cushion , if you got one)
We ll go to several meditation practice to focus in breathing and avoid "wandering mind" that take you out of your present moment, out of your pure awareness.
MEDITATION needs daily practice, so thats only an introductión, but you will have basic to star practicing, the only thing that really matters.
