Keep the Space, 75-min Saturday Yoga
I'm looking forward to teaching again this Saturday, March 7th at 11:30 a.m:
A 75-minute yoga class in English designed to gain a fundamental knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation through movement with a special focus on the use of the breath during sun salutations and rhythmic flows. The class will take a technical approach to postures - bringing attention to alignment in the body while calming the mind.
We’ll meet at 11:20 at the studio, to start promptly at 11:30. **Please bring your own mat!** The studio is conveniently located, L2 & L7. Canal station is the easiest way to get there (a quick 5 min walk away).
There's limited space, so please be sure to cancel if you're unable to join. See you on Saturday!
