Keep the Space, 50-min Saturday Yoga
During this stressful, unprecedented time, our Saturday morning yoga sessions are moving online!
This 50-minute yoga class in English is designed to gain a fundamental knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation through movement with a special focus on the use of the breath during sun salutations and rhythmic flows. The class will take a technical approach to postures - bringing attention to alignment in the body while calming the mind.
Please be patient with any technical issues as we figure this out together. I'm looking forward to practicing with you.
