This powerful flow class in English focuses on strength and stamina within your practice. You’ll put your attention between the breath and body and use it to strengthen from head to toe. This class will challenge you to explore the limits of your physical and mental edge while keeping integrity in alignment. Strength & Stamina is suitable for intermediate as well as advanced practitioners, but all are welcome.
You will be muted (microphone off) upon joining class. Feel free to activate your camera once we begin, but we'll keep microphones muted as to not disturb the other students during practice.
