Keep the Space, 50-min Saturday ONLINE YOGA 🧘♂️
I hope you'll join us for a Saturday morning yoga flow!
This 50-minute class in English is designed to gain a fundamental knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and meditation through movement with a special focus on the use of breath during rhythmic flows. The class will take a technical approach to postures - bringing attention to alignment in the body while calming the mind.
You will be muted (microphone off) upon joining the class. Let's activate our cameras once we begin, but we'll keep microphones off as to not disturb the other students.
