Do you feel very stressed? I have very good news: all that you need to calm down is inside yourself !!!
During aprox 45 minutes (we won't rush, if we need more time we will take it), I will propose you:
🌟 Warm up: some nice streching so you can reduce the stress and "high" speed you probably come with.
🌟 Aprox 20 m of conscious breathing (guided basic meditation).
🌟 We will wrap up with a smile :)
Warm up and tips in English. Practice will be hold in Spanish.
You will probably find a more experienced meditation trainers in town but what I could share with you is my own experience and the benefits in my life. To practice a conscious life is the way TO BE YOU AS YOU ARE.
- Very important! I do recommend to stay in loto position, where your hips should be higher than your knees. So bring yoga blocks or a big towel you could roll and sit on it.
- Also a mat or something where you can sit down (grass could be a bit wet).
- Water as it's important to hydrate after the practice.
