Gentle, Grounding Flow - ONLINE YOGA 🧘♂️
Join me for an online yoga session on Wednesday! I'm still without my mat, so this class will be at a slightly slower pace than usual.

This 60-minute yoga class in English will go at a slower-than-our-normal-Wednesday pace. We'll incorporate gentle stretching and strengthening movements for maximum benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the stretches. This class is prefect for those who prefer a gentler approach to your practice, or anyone who needs a mid-week break during this particularly stressful time.
You will be muted (microphone off) upon joining. Let's activate our cameras once we begin, but we'll keep microphones off as to not disturb the other students.
