Let's start the weekend off with another grounding yoga sessions.

This 60-minute yoga class in English is the perfect place for beginners and advance students alike. We'll incorporate gentle stretching and strengthening movements for maximum benefits. Awareness of the breath helps to calm the mind and enables you to move deeper into the poses. This class is prefect for those who prefer a slower approach to your practice, or anyone who wants to start their weekend off with positive intentions.
You will be muted (microphone off) upon joining. Let's activate our cameras once we begin, but we'll keep microphones off as to not disturb the other students.
