Important: Practice will be hold in SPANISH. Warm up and tips in English.

Let's stop and breath consciously together for a while 💕🧘‍♀️

▶ To join, please return to this event page and CLICK THE LINK 5 MINUTES before the class starts. You will be muted but please turn on the camera, if possible, so I might see your faces. Never mind If you look like sleepy, it's more friendly 😉

🌟 Warm up: some nice streching to give care to your body
🌟 Aprox 20 m of conscious breathing (guided basic meditation).
🌟 We will wrap up with a smile :)

You will probably find a more experienced meditation trainers in town but what I could share with you is my own experience and the benefits in my life. To practice a conscious life is the way TO BE YOU AS YOU ARE.

- Very important! I you want to stay in loto position, where your hips should be higher than your knees. So take yoga blocks, a coshion or a big towel you could roll and sit on it.
- But you can be also sit down in a chair or a couch.
- Water as it's important to hydrate after the practice.

This is a basic meditation level but if you are an advanced one, you are also very welcome and enjoy the energy of the group.
