Sunday Brunch In A Carpe Diem Mood

Nourishing the body and the mind: this is the goal of this MEDITATION & BRUNCH !
MIND: After the steady pace of the week, this Sunday morning offers us a breath, a space very conducive to meditation and reflection. We will start by feeding the spirit with a 1h30 meditation theme lesson to experience the flavor of inner peace and a positive spirit. The teachings will address the major themes of Buddhist wisdom through a timely topic.
BODY: Then, place the pleasure of sharing and conviviality around a participatory brunch. Everyone brings a dish of their choice (without meat) to share with the group: salty, sweet, raw vegetables, cheese, bread, fruits, etc. Opportunity to participate only in meditation but it's no longer FUN!
No prior experience is required.
The practice of meditation is done sitting on a chair or cushion, no special dress but go comfortable.
