This time the chef António Romäo would like to serve something special for members of InterNations – MIODULA.
This honey liqueur, based on vodka and matured in barrels made from oak at least Protected content old, is based on a recipe from the 18th century.
Miodula is one of the most significant spirits from Central Europe, appreciated for centuries by its monarchs. In Protected content , Miodula was awarded by a silver medal and the title "Best in its Class," during International Wine & Spirits Competition in London.
Currently Miodula Presidential Blend is served to visiting heads of state at official meetings. Each bottle is from a limited edition, and it is hand labelled and numbered. Apart from first-class vodka, the drink contains honey of forest bees, water from the mountain springs and a secret mixture of herbs and spices. It is served cold but also taste delicious when warm up in hands.
For this special event, the chef will compose an exclusive choice from his fusion menu.
