The 5 Rythms Dance

Join me on Friday, we will Warm up by shaking off the old energy and tension as a way of resettling, Meditate and we Dance the 5 stages of life.
We will practice a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath.
You will track perceptions and memories, seek gesture and shapes.
No fitness or level of experience required.
If you have an injury still you can practice, it s about the pattern you create.
wear comfortable clothes that give you full range of motion
we practice bare-footed
Bring with you a small towel to dry urself and a bottle of water
