Developing Emotional Intelligence
Dear Group Members,
Emotional Intelligence refers to our ability to identify and manage our own emotions, as well as understanding and identifying the emotions of the others.
It includes 5 sub-skills
- Self Awareness
- Self Regulation
- Social Skill
The aim of this seminar series is to enhance our ability to be more Emotionally Intelligent,
to have Better Awareness, and to Handle day to day situations, more effectively.
This evening will be facilitated by Ashish Anand.
Ashish is Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI, USA (Coach Training Institute) and accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
