This special event is part of the 8th iteration of Calgary Folk Music Festival's annual winter ritual Block Heater, powered by ATB, presented Protected content .

Through elements of theatre, music, and visual art, Ragnar Kjartansson creates performances to explore pathos, humour, and collective emotion. Kjartansson’s large sound and video installation, The Visitors, depicts eight musicians performing the same melody of a song – they sing and play different instruments, isolated yet in unison."
