In this evening we will be looking latest research in neuroscience and psychophysiology that shows the Hidden Power of the Heart. Our evening will not be all theory but lots of practical exercises and most of all fun.
The evening will be a short version of the workshops, lectures and courses that I have been giving internationally over the last 10 years.

David Ward is an English Coach, Mentor and Trainer who has lived in Finland for the last 20 years.
He has been teaching Mindfulness techniques since the Protected content and has integrated his work in Positive Psychology with the latest research in psychophysiology, immunology and neuroscience into a dynamic and evolutionary system of stress relief and avoidance.
