Free Museum Guided Tour in English

Money makes the world go round! I got 5 tickets left for a Free Guided Tour in English to the Protected content WELCOME! We meet at the museum entrance lobby on time 13:00

Did you know that Neo-Rococo, Neo-Renaissance, National Romanticism, Neo-Classicism and Modernism can be seen in our banknotes?

I was able to book in advance a guided tour for a group free of charge in English. The basic tour lasts around 45 minutes. Guided tours are structured around four themes: history of money and banking; central bank activities and monetary policy; financial literacy; and banknote art.

What can you find in the Museum?
Where does money come from? When was the Protected content founded? What is inflation and how does it affect all of our lives? How does a central bank work, and how about monetary policy? What is my place in the national economy? How do I recognise a genuine euro banknote? You can find the answers to these and many other questions at the Bank of Finland Museum!
The museum’s cafe and souvenir shop provide a peaceful place to rest during a museum tour.

Visitors to the Museum will have the information they need to understand the workings of the economy and its significance in their own lives. :-)
