this time we want to explore the delicious Scandinavian cuisine.
It’s all about Salmon, and the restaurant serves the finest Norwegian Salmon.
The variety of dishes ranges from the classic Swedish ‘Gravlax’ to the Raw Frøya loin cut Sashmi style. Hot Smoked and Cold Smoked are prepared and smoked at a family owned smokehouse on the west coast of Sweden – this is craft in the old fashioned way and it tastes fantastic.
