Happy New Year y'all! We're heading back to Communist Daughter for some live jazz and beer on the first Sunday afternoon of the new year. This place is quaint and cozy, with very extremely LIMITED seating. Consider coming on time if you want a seat.

This is what one review has to say "Imagine a small living room. Casual in atmosphere, an excellent jukebox selection -if you had one and signature pickled eggs on the bar. Yup, pickled eggs. The bar’s decor is reminiscent of an earlier, simpler time with early 20th century, Russian-inspired paintings and posters. Spotted By Locals is about finding those places where Torontonians like to hang out, relax and have some fun and this tiny, hole in the wall is truly one of them."

N.B. The sign "Communist's Daughter" is small. Look for "Nazare Snack Bar" sign outside instead!
