As part of Floriana's Ġenna ta' Ġonna event, October 15th you can see Malta's only underground railway station opened to the public. In collaboration with The Malta Railway Foundation will allow visitors to explore the underground tunnels with a guided tour by Paul Galea.

The tour is 1 hour and you can choose different times.
The first will start at 9am, the last at 3pm.

Meeting point is always at Methodist church in Floriana, next to the entrance gate of St. Philips garden.

Tours start at:

9am
10am
11am
12am
2pm
3pm

There is no tour at 1pm (the tour guide needs lunch too ;)

This tour will give an interesting insight into a location that is locked away for most of the year, and is a perfect outing for history lovers and Instagram aficionados alike.
The guide Paul Galea will also answer all the questions you have (in english or maltese)
You can bring as many friends/family members you like.
It's completely free of charge!

When you are at the meeting point than ask or look for Paul Galea. He will be the person to guide you (every tour). Our attendees from internations will meet together with the people who are invited from the local counsil Floriana, there is no need for names on your shirt or to sign in when you arrive like at other internations activities.
Because there are 6 tours scheduled on this day I will not be there on every tour. I do only one tour. This means if you wanna meet other internations members to do the tour together, than please write in the comments your tour time and check who is attending the same tour time.

Last year we had after the 11am tour a meeting/aperitif/lunch with internations members. If people are interested we can do this again. Lets see first which tour has the most internations attendees and than we can choose to have a drink after.

Update: for the meeting point have a look at the photos, Methodist church is Robert Sammut hall opposite Sarria Church
