Yoga Element Series I: Learning About Fire Element
Dear Yoga Lovers
In our first lesson of element series, we will meet in kadikoy to have our short practice for 30 minutes and then go to a cafe in the area for nice and hot drinks and will learn about the most important element which brings life energy, passion and confidence to human body. It is the Fire element. When the level of this energy increases or decreases, we face emotional, physical, mental and spiritual issues. In our gathering, we will talk about the concept of Fire element and share our experience and ideas.
