Announcing Bollywood dance and MasalaBhangra(Energetic Indian folk dance with Bollywood flavor) workout event. A new and fun way of workout which could burn upto Protected content and brings lot of smile on your face. Get ready to 'Sweat with Smile'.
Following is the theme:
1. Entering into Spirit of Bollywood(Warm-up)
2. Creating on the floor dance workout routine on hot music with cool dance moves
3. Cardio and toning on Bollywood Folk style and Bhangra songs
4. Celebration on a Bollywood drama song
5. Cool down(Breath of safety)
Basic fitness level is required. Comfortable clothing(as we are going to sweat) and dance shoes with soft soles or barefoot are required as it's a carpeted dance floor.
