Free Lynn Simonson dance technique class
An organic approach to movement that prepares the body to dance in a way that is anatomically intelligent and somatically aware.
This class is designed for people who want to start dancing or who want to discover a new way of moving or prepare and train their body for any type of exercise or dance class.
The Lynn Simonson technique is designed for individual and personal work, respecting the alignment and the particular anatomy of each person in the group.
Through body alignment and respecting the anatomy of each one, we'll work on the technique, always starting with a good warm-up, tuning our instrument is always important!
After the coordination and technique exercises, we'll move on to diagonals and finish the class with a small choreographic combination.
In this class you'll learn more about your body, its limits and possibilities, you'll deepen your anatomy and how to take advantage of it, improve your abilities and go beyond your limits.

- please come ready to dance in your training clothes, dance in socks or barefoot
