walk in the park 5km, from castle frank to mt pleasant

Let's go for a little stroll! I don't dare to call it 'hiking' because it's not really steep but it's still a bit of outdoor exercise and we can still admire some of the gorgeous autumnal colours, so.... let's gather up at 2pm in front of the subway station and we will walk together until the mount pleasant cemetery where we can rest, in peace ;) Nhhhha just kidding! Once the walk is completed we all go back to our LIVES, but with the added bonus of being even far more energized than when we started thanks to the wonderful trinity called nature, oxygen and sun. ;)

IMPORTANT: only register if you are planning to come. I will be there 15mn before. We will start on time so please don't be late.

Spread the love, not the germs:
- bring a mask for when we are waiting for everyone to join
- leave some distance when you talk to one another if you drop the mask to smell the fresh air rather than your own breath
- if we are too many of us we'll split in groups!
