Mindfulness in Times of Uncertainty
Protected content marked by an unprecedented crisis that has deeply affected our lives, creating uncertainties like never before. Living in the present has appeared to be a powerful tool to deal with this crisis by staying focused, confident and somehow to ease those uncertainties.
Our gift for the end of the year is to introduce you to the practice of Mindfulness. Whether you already have experience in Mindfulness or not yet, we warmly invite you to join us and our great facilitator Sachin Sehgal for an experience of living in the present. Sachin will also share tips to continue the practice after the call.
Sachin is originally from India, now living in Brussels. He has been practicing Meditation for years, and is a certified teacher from Centrum voor Mindfulness (Amsterdam). He has deepened his knowledge with additional certifications as dearmouring practitioner and coach.
