Managing Anxiety – Part II: Strategies for Self-Regulation
Our stress and pressure levels have increased; more people are feeling overwhelmed as they strive for balance in their lives. This workshop will focus specifically on discussing and practicing strategies for self-regulation when experiencing stress, pressure and anxiety. It is a “hands on” workshop where people will have the opportunity to practice different coping strategies and then discuss what works and what gets in the way of managing and decreasing feelings of stress, pressure and anxiety. It will be an opportunity to also discuss real life stressors currently being experienced, including any increased stress or pressure associated with the coming holiday season.
So, take some time out of your busy schedule, invest in your peace of mind and come join us for a fun and informative workshop.
Space is limited, so please make sure to register.
