Tula Giants & Submerged Church
Hello friends, I propose an adventure to visit 2 fabulous attractions.
1) The place that once was the Toltec Capital, Where 5 meter high giants guarded the city at the top of a pyramid in honor of the god Quetzalcoatl.
2)The Taxhimay Dam where the old Town of San Luis Taxhimay was flooded, The main Church is still there and part of the bell towers emerges.
Itinerary Sunday, December 15th
8:30 am Reception from Cibeles Fountain Rome North.
11:30 Arrival to Tula Hidalgo.
Breakfast time in Tula. Visit to the town and main church.
12:40 Arrival to Archaeological Zone of Tula
Visit Tlahuizpaltecuhtli Palace, Burned Palace and Atlantes of Tula.
14:00 Departure to Taxhimay Dam.
15:00 Arrival at Dam.
Protected content in front of the lake.
Protected content Visit to the dam, take food, walk, paddle and boat trip on the lake and see the bell tower that emerges up close. Boat Trip Ticket included.
18:00 Departure to the Cdmx.
20:30 Arrival Cibeles Fountain.
Cost: Last place 900mnx.
Includes transport and boat trip.
