Iyengar yoga session - All levels are welcome ;)

Have you ever practiced Iyengar yoga? I would like you to join me next Monday for an Iyengar yoga session at OM Institute!
There are many ways in which Iyengar Yoga is different other than all the yoga types practiced all over the world, It uses props which no yoga gurus have advised or recommended which helped everyone to practice it correctly.
Research has proved that Iyengar Yoga improves strength, flexibility, and greater peace of mind. It also helped in the ailments of arthritis and bi-polar diseases; it is good for physical therapy patients because of its emphasis on precise anatomical alignment in all poses makes each pose healthy for joints, ligaments and muscles, allowing the body to develop harmoniously.
We’ll be using props, blankets, cushions, belts, blocks, benches, sandbags, etc, they are used in Iyengar yoga to reach a deeper penetration into the postures to help the student, independent of their capabilities or limitations, reach the desired pose (asana). These props avoid the chances of any risk of injury or strain.
The class will be appropriate for beginners and advanced students alike and it’s also fine even if you have never done a yoga class before, our great international yoga teacher will guide us from the start until the end of each class, providing a safe and nourishing environment to grow.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. The studio provides yoga mats and all other materials needed.
