Cell Group Yoga
We will meet at the appointed time to practice yoga. Herewith are the three main parts of the practice
1. Pranayama _ Breathing
2. Hatha: Physical motion
3. Dyana: Stillness
1.Bring your own yoga mat.
2. no main meal at least three hours before
3. Protected content to cover cost of venue
