Powerful bodyshaping fitness workout in the morning- held by a Personal Trainer

Would you like to start your morning fit and healthy?
Come to the bodyshaping fitness workout to burn calories, get in shape, have fun in a small group and learn how to do exercises correctly. The class will be held by Lisa, personal trainer, group fitness trainer, functional trainer and nutritionist. We will train in a small group with maximum 10 people. So sign up fast.
This workout is for those who want to get in shape. It’s a 60 minutes workout including warm up, main part with strength training and high intensity and stretching.
It is for beginner as well as for advanced people, because intensity of exercises can be adjust to your needs.
Just: 50RMB for one hour total body workout.
Start at 10am. So lets met at 9.50am, so we can start on time.
