Cake Decor: Chocolate Ganache, Fresh Flowers & Gold Finishing
This advanced cake decor class will be conducted by a custom & wedding cake specialist. What you will learn:
1. Designing a cake based on a theme
2. Making dark chocolate ganache
3. Layer and finish a 6” cake with ganache
4. Fresh flower decoration technique
5. Use of gold accents
6. Cake photography
Utensils: Please bring your own turn table, scraper and spatula.
Lunch: Lunch will be provided but please inform if you have any specific/restrictive dietary requirements.
Note: You will bring back one whole cake. There will be no baking in this class.
