Ayam Goreng Berempah (Spicy Fried Chicken)
Sambal Tumis Sotong Kembang (Squid Sambal)
Condiments of Ikan Bilis, Kacang, Timun and Telur (Anchovies, Peanuts, Cucumber and Egg)

This class is back by popular demand. Nasi Lemak is a popular rice dish in Malaysia served with rice steamed in coconut milk to give it a rich aroma. Sambal is a hot spicy condiment cooked with chili and shrimp paste. Many have referred to it as Malaysia’s national dish.

Come and learn how to cook Malaysia’s favorite rice dish accompanied by Ayam Goreng and Sambal Tumis Sotong. Of course, not forgetting condiments such as anchovies, peanuts and egg. Absolutely yummy!

NOTE
This cooking class is for Adults only. Participants are NOT allowed to bring children to the class. Students are required to bring a RED Apron and containers to take away what they have prepared for the day to let their friends and family try.
