Hi Everyone,

Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it will help you with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between Protected content 250 calories, about the same as jogging.

Come on! Get ready to hit the dance floor!
It is a group dance session with Dance Instructors.
For the beginner like me, we can learn the right steps.
For the Pro dancers, you can enjoy the music with us.

What to learn? Proper steps of Latin dances (Salsa, Rumba,Chacha), waltz and tango
