Depressed or Deep Rest? Conversation On Getting A Good Rest
An article in PSYCOM Protected content stated that sleep disturbance or insomnia is one of the symptoms of a major depressive disorder.
The article further state: "The tricky thing is that sleep deprivation (insufficient sleep) can also lead to depressed mood, moodiness, and irritability. It can be difficult to decipher which came first, the depression or the sleep disturbance".
We need an expert to determine whether a person has depression or sleep deprivation, but we have people who can share with us the technic that they use to get a good sleep.
Join the Conversations for Change 2nd (active) discussion on how to relax and sleep better with Ashley Boyd, Sylvia Chan and Yvonne Li who is an entrepreneur, a financial advisor and social innovator, with Devi as Moderator and Anisa Tan as MC/Host.
