ZOOM ON FRENCH VARIETIES: cabernet sauvignon

Some more time to go before we can get back to a bar...hélas... But plenty of time to prepare the basics :) Let's concentrate this occasion on another great red and huge worldwide classic: Cabernet sauvignon. We will stay in the family : he is the brother of our friend Merlot.
Internations will generate the zoom link for us.
For the wine :
I suggest again that you get a bottle 100% cabernet sauvignon for learning purposes.
>> I have asked the caviste, Marion, L'apogée du vin to prepare pure varietal cabernet sauvignon bottles you can pick up (price range around Protected content ). Say you come from Internations/Gabriella.
L'Apogée du Vin Protected content Lesdiguières, Protected content
I will probably take the bottle Chateau Ferran, "Le sans nom » Protected content , Entre deux Mers (Bordeaux), 100% cuve // 15 €, but you dont have to follow me.
>> You can also find bottles at the caviste closer to you (insist on pure cabernet sauvignon ).
>> If you cant make it to any of these shops, but want to join us, most supermarkets have this big classic too, Monoprix has even a mini bottle for the small thirst :)
Like last time for this exercise it doesn't matter if it is not exactly the same bottle for every one - we can still learn a lot in a fun way :)
Remember : the idea is not to get drunk and no need to finish your bottle - it will still do for the rest of the weekend :) it might even age into something more interesting :)
