Gamay is a grape variety that is most famous for producing light, fruit-driven red wines. Often mistreated and misunderstood, Gamay is currently experiencing a well-deserved comeback.

I propose that you get yourself a bottle of gamay from one of the 10 top Beaujolais crus : Morgon.

My bottle is from the Vignoble Bulliat (Cou de Jus Protected content it was vinified in an amphore ! Still available at the Apogee. Any other Gamay from Morgon will do.
