Sivanananda yoga (Thursday, outdoor)
The weather should be good enough for yoga in the park this weekend. Happy days. 🌞 So we will have our class in Museumpark.
The yoga I practice is called Sivanananda yoga (hatha yoga). It focuses on breathing, concentration and relaxation through a series of asanas (postures). This brings body and mind in to alignment. This class will be a more meditative class with longer holding of postures. The class is suitable for all levels. Feel free to join even if you have never practiced yoga before.
Precautions and preparations ?
- Please drink some water before coming, helps you detox
- Your last meal should be 2 hours before session (a light snack is ok).
- Should be avoided if you are pregnant or have had major surgery
- Bring you own mat or beach towel.
- Bring your tissues or hand towels
How to reach ?
-This place is very approachable by public transport. Nearest tram and meteo Station is Eendrachtsplein
