Sivanananda yoga (Sunday, outdoor)
The weather should be good tomorrow morning so wel will practice in the park this weekend. What joy..... late August warmth. 🌞 The class will be on SUNDAY morning and in Museumpark.
The yoga I practice is called Sivanananda yoga (hatha yoga). It focuses on breathing, concentration and relaxation through a series of asanas (postures). This brings body and mind in to alignment. This class will be a more meditative class with longer holding of postures. The class is suitable for all levels. Feel free to join even if you have never practiced yoga before.
Precautions and preparations ?
- Please drink some water before coming, helps you detox
- Your last meal should be 2 hours before session (a light breakfast is ok).
- Should be avoided if you are pregnant or have had major surgery
- Bring you own mat or beach towel.
- Bring your tissues or hand towels

What to expect ?
A chilled out, relaxed feeling and plenty of energy to bring into your Sunday. We can go for coffee together after the class with your fellow yogis.
