On Thursday, we will have our class outdoors in Museumpark. It will be dry, if somewhat cool. This could be one of our last chances to practice outdoors in Protected content .
The yoga I practice is called Sivanananda yoga (hatha yoga). It focuses on breathing, concentration and relaxation through a series of asanas (postures). This brings body and mind in to alignment which leaves one feel calm and relaxed yet energised at the same time.
The class is suitable for all levels. Feel free to join even if you have never practiced yoga before.
Precautions and preparations ?
-BRING A WARM TOP OR BLANKET FOR FINAL RELAXATION
- Please drink some water before coming, helps you detox
- Your last meal should be 2 hours before session (something light is ok).
- Should be avoided if you are pregnant or have had major surgery
- Bring you own mat or towel. I have a spare if someone's need one, just message me and I'll bring it.
How to reach ?
-This place is very approachable by public transport. Nearest tram and meteo Station is Eendrachtsplein.
Where to meet ?
I will wait at the front of the museum from 18. Protected content . Last minute delay messages, unable to get there? Call me.

A rejuvenated feeling to combat that Thursday tiredness!
