Ready to Join?

Hey folks.

Next class will be on Sunday, indoors at the ROTTERDAM2STAY,starting at 11am.

The yoga I practice is called Sivanananda yoga (hatha yoga). It focuses on breathing, concentration and relaxation through a series of asanas (postures). This brings body and mind in to alignment which leaves one feel calm and relaxed yet energised at the same time.

The class is suitable for all levels. Feel free to join even if you have never practiced yoga before.

Precautions and preparations ?
- Please drink some water before coming, helps you detox
- Your last meal should be 2 hours before session (a light snack is ok).
- Should be avoided if you are pregnant or have had major surgery
- Bring you own mat or towel. I have a spare if someone's need one, just message me and I'll bring it.

How to reach ?
-This place is very approachable by public transport. Nearest tram and meteo Station is Oostplein.

Where to meet ?
I will wait at the front of the building from 10. Protected content . Last minute delay messages, unable to get there? Call me.
