Sivanananda yoga (Thursday, indoor)

On Thursday, we will have our class indoors in theProtected content .
The yoga I practice is called Sivanananda yoga (hatha yoga). It focuses on breathing, concentration and relaxation through a series of asanas (postures). This brings body and mind in to alignment which leaves one feel calm and relaxed yet energised at the same time.
The class will be intermediate level on Thursday and we will work through all 12 of the Rishikesh series. Most of you know at least 10 of these already.
Precautions and preparations ?
-BRING A WARM TOP OR BLANKET FOR FINAL RELAXATION
- Please drink some water before coming, helps you detox
- Your last meal should be 2 hours before session (something light is ok).
- Should be avoided if you are pregnant or have had major surgery
- Bring you own mat or towel. I have a spare if someone's need one, just message me and I'll bring it.
How to reach ?
-This place is very approachable by public transport. Nearest tram and meteo Station is Oostplein.
Where to meet ?
I will wait at the front of the building at 19.25. Last minute delay messages, unable to get there? Call me.
What to expect ?
A rejuvenated feeling to combat that Thursday tiredness!
