Brisk Walking along the The Marne River Banks
I hope you are all fine during these lovely long-shining summer days.
We all know that the pandemic Covid-19 has drastically changed day-to-day living and habits.
As such, more than ever, we all need to reinforce our immune system, I suggest starting our first summer sport activity by engaging in a brisk walk along the Marne River.
What a better way to get back energy in our bodies, a Protected content found that people who practice nature-walks have lower activities in the parts of the brain where negative thoughts can spool. It is a reminder and further incentive to develop the daily habits that lead to better health.
Make sure you bring along a snack and a flask of water to dehydrate along the brisk walk. We will stop for a coffee-break.
