Yoga with stick and candle meditation.
Dear Yogis and community members
Now that Winters are on their way out,let us have a session of Yoga and meditation in the open.
We will do Yoga with a stick to lose inches from our waistline,followed by candle meditation to strengthen your eyesight and brain function.
Carry your yoga mat and a stick if you can,or we will provide you with one.
Please keep time,as we shall start sharp at 9:30am
